I saw this purple candle vessel and wanted to make something special for Prince’s purple family, always keeping his spirit and music alive in their hearts and minds.
When I was a little girl, I spent my summers in Georgia picking blackberries. I would run home, my little legs all scratched up from the briars, arrange the juicy berries on a baking sheet, sprinkle them with sugar and bake them in the oven. When I think back at that little girl, warm sugary berry stained fingers, I smile. She had no idea back then that one day she would be called ’The Sprit Child’ by Prince and featured on his LoveSexy album.
This candle is infused with the scent of Sugary Blackberries and sprinkled with sparkly purple glitter and at the bottom of each candle is a little crown and a little heart charm for you to keep once the candle is burned down.
I am truly thankful to all of you who love Prince and by association love and support what I do.
