Prayer + Meditation

No matter what your religion or belief system is, taking a few minutes to still the mind helps to let go of the energy of the night before and set intention for the day ahead. It is a known fact that meditation reduces stress and anxiety. Even 5 minutes is enough to get your day started off on the right path. I recommend an app that has been very useful to me in my meditation, it’s called Insight Timer.  There are many options for guided meditations from beginner to advanced and you can choose by the amount of time you have available.
